Mobile Notary Tempe "Must have" checklist

  • An active notary commission from the Arizona Secretary of State
  • At Least 30 years of age
  • A Legal US Citizen by birth
  • Errors & Omissions insurance -100k coverage minimum
  • Be able to read and write English in cursive (mandatory)
  • A professional background with a clean criminal history. No Felonies
  • A Home Office (desk with a computer, printer, scanner, & internet connection)
  • Your Own Vehicle (ride shares such as uber/waymo and community transportation are not acceptable)

Any hired notary giving less than a 5 star name to MNT will be let go immediately, and forfeit of all unreceived earnings.
